Born in Rome on 11th September 1972. Married with two children.
On the Law List of the Council of the Order of Lawyers of Frosinone since 2001.
After 3 years with the law firm Franco Gaetano Scoca, Professor in Administrative Law at Roma La Sapienza University, in 2002 he started working at the law firm Gattamelata and Associates, where he was able to increase his expertise in administrative law, which he handles both in and out of court.
During the period in which he worked for the law firm Scoca he also performed some university work as an assistant on the Administrative Law course at Roma La Sapienza University.
Then, in 2002, 2003 and 2006, he assisted Stefano Gattamelata in a legal training course for practising lawyers at the Council of the Order of Lawyers of Frosinone, in which he handled the lessons in administrative law.
In 2008 he also assisted Stefano Gattamelata in the lessons on Organisation of local authorities, as part of the second level master’s degree in town planning organised annually by the Rome La Sapienza University faculty of architecture.
That same year he took on sole responsibility for the teaching of administrative law in the legal training course for practising lawyers at the Council of the Order of Lawyers of Frosinone.
Since January 2006 he has been contributing to the on-line legal daily news-site “Doctrine and Law” published by IPSOA, where he publishes articles commenting on the most interesting decisions of the T.A.R.s and Council of State.
He has a good knowledge of English, French and Japanese.
He is involved in voluntary work for the Italian Association for Research into Combating Cancer.
