Born on 16th July 1963 in Rome, where he now lives and works. He is married and has three sons.

Appeals lawyer of the Rome bar. External lecturer in administrative law at Teramo University Administrative Law Specialisation School, and in Organisation of local authorities at Rome La Sapienza University – Architecture 1 – Urbam Masters Degree. Teacher of administrative law on the two-year legal profession specialisation course at Rome Tor Vergata University.

From a professional point of view, after ten years working for the firm F.G.Scoca, in September 1998 he founded, with Renzo Cuonzo, the firm of which he is the name partner. His professional activity has been concentrated mainly on administrative law but has also extended to civil law and, of course, extrinsically in every kind of judicial, arbitration or extrajudicial activity.

He works together on a stable basis with some of the leading firms in Rome, Milan and Turin.

He is a member of the editing committee of the Administrative Review of the Italian Republic.

He contributes to the on-line “IPSOA Law Daily”.

His teaching activities have continued to progress with a number of appointments (among which those awarded by Calabria University, by the Frosinone Lawyers’ Order Council – Law School in administrative law, by L.U.I.S.S. Management School and by FORMEZ). He has become fully responsible for the previously mentioned courses at Teramo University and Rome La Sapienza Architecture Faculty 1

He has taken part as a speaker in various conferences and can boast numerous publications (studies of which he was sole author, seven studies included in works with several authors and more than 20 essays or verdict notes, not including those online).

He also deals with ethical questions relating to finance and the professions, thus extending the studies he started with a Diploma at the Lateran University in “Doctrina sociali ecclesiae”.

A certain versatility led him in 2005 – with the pseudonym SGATT – to publish a book of fairy stories for children entitled “The adventures of Mazù”, with a preface by Prof. Federico Sorrentino. In February 2007 it won the “Fiori di Roccia” prize.
