Full Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Teramo, where since 2015 he has also held the position of Director of the School of Specialization in Administrative Law and Administration Sciences.
Lawyer authorized to practice before the Higher Courts, over the years he has carried out professional activity on issues of construction, urban planning, environment and public contracts as well as health law; to this he has supported assistance and consultancy activities also in favor of governmental and non-governmental organizations, in the context of development cooperation projects, as well as in favor of international law firms with particular regard to the securitization procedures of state real estate and entities public, urban redevelopment and project financing.
Author and editor of manuals on Administrative Law and Administrative Justice, monographic studies, essays and articles in Italian and foreign scientific journals and volumes, she carries out reports and interventions in scientific conferences in various Italian and foreign universities; she has been and is responsible for national and international research projects and groups, and is a member of the editorial or management board of numerous journals and series of studies
