University of Teramo, he has held lectures at various Italian universities (in the field of urban planning law, administrative organization and local authorities, public contracts).

He boasts over 50 publications.

He deals with issues of professional ethics and ethics applied to the professions, deepening the studies referred to in the Diploma in "Doctrina sociale ecclesiae" at the Lateran University. Speaker at numerous national conferences.

Member of the Editorial Committee of the Administrative Journal of the Italian Republic. Member of the Technical Scientific Committee of UNAA (National Union of Administrative Lawyers' Chambers).

He was a member of the ministerial commission for the assessment of the result of the elections for the renewal of the C.N.F. and various Commissions at the Council of the Rome Bar Association.
